SHIPPING & RETURNS
We only accept returns on products that are unopened and in the same condition/packaging as when they were received. For safety concerns, we can not accept returns on used products. You are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless the product has been damaged or is defective during shipping. If the product is defective you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement product. After your order has been placed you have 30 days to reach out to us if you are not satisfied with the condition of your product. Please contact for questions about a refund or a return.
Sonoran Apothecary is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen packages or packages that have been shipped to the wrong address. If your address is entered incorrectly unfortunately we cannot send a replacement product. Please reach out to USPS if you enter the wrong shipping address. If your package has been stolen please contact USPS to file a claim.
Orders ship in 2-3 business days after your order is received. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday before 3PM MST. Holidays and weekends may cause delays in shipping.
