Pickled Radishes with CBD
Pickling vegetables is insanely easy, and a great way to make your vegetables last longer. They add a delicious fresh bite to just about any dish, and they're extremely versatile. Get a little dose of CBD with each bite of these tasty toppings!
3/4cup white vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp sugar
.5 gram sCBD isolate (500mg)
Medium-sized mason jar
In a small saucepan on medium heat, bring the vinegar, water, salt and sugar to a gentle boil.
Once the salt and sugar have dissolved into the vinegar, turn the heat to low. Stir in the CBD isolate until it has dissolved.
Slice the tops and bottoms off the radishes and wash them in the sink to remove any dirt.
Slice the radishes as thinly as possible.
Put all the radish slices into the mason jar, and pour the vinegar mixture over the radishes, submerging them in the liquid.
Let sit in fridge for at least 24 hours before using as a topping for your favorite dishes .
Pickling Other Vegetables
This easy pickling method can apply to most vegetables. Once you learn the basic recipe, you can begin adding different spices, and blending different vegetables together! Some of my personal favorites are:
spicy and sweet pepper
cucumbers (for regular old pickles!)
