Mom's CBD Ginger Tea Recipe

Ginger Tea Recipe 

This ginger tea is so spicy, and really warms you up from the inside.  Ginger is naturally warming, and can help aide digestion. Add as much CBD as you'd like, to help relax you after a long day. This recipe isn't fussy, so you can make it stronger or milder depending on your taste. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium-sized ginger root

  • 1 Lemon

  • Honey to taste

  • 8 Cups water

  • 10-50mg of water soluble CBD

Directions:

  1. Peel the ginger and chop it into small chunks 

  2. Put the ginger in a medium saucepan and add about 8 cups of water

  3. Bring the water to a boil, reduce to a simmer

  4. Simmer for about 30 minutes

  5. Strain the ginger pieces before serving with honey and lemon to taste.

  6. Add your desired amount of CBD directly into your cup. If you boil the CBD for too long, most of the CBD will burn off before you can drink it.

  7. Sip and enjoy!
